Course Policy & Refunds
All courses, sessions, and digital services are strictly non-refundable.
A refund may only be considered if a cancellation request is submitted in writing at least 7 working days before the scheduled course or session start date.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
- After the 7-working-day notice period has passed.
- Once a course or session has commenced.
- If you fail to attend or participate in the course or session you enrolled in.
