My Journey: A Passion for Maternal & Child Health
I am a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, and devoted advocate for maternal and child health, holding a Bsc Nursing Science, Bsc Midwifery Science, RN/RM MASTER BIOLOGY MASTER MATERNAL HEALTH.
My work is both a calling and a journey—one that has taken me across the globe, supporting births, learning from women, and bridging ancestral wisdom with modern care.
My work is deeply rooted in global experiences, having spent the major part of my adult life in diverse countries. This has enriched my understanding of various cultural practices and needs:

I’ve spent the major part of my adult life in Austria, where my roots deepened and my passion for culturally respectful, holistic care flourished. From Uganda, Colombia, Nigeria, and Niger to Spain, Austria, and England, I’ve walked beside women and families through their most transformative moments—bearing witness to the universal language of birth and the unique stories each culture brings.

Inspired by my grandmother, influenced by my mother, and constantly empowered by the incredible women I’ve met around the world, I created Innercompass01—a podcast devoted to guiding women and families through the sacred transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. It is a space for storytelling, reconnection, and honoring the deep wisdom that lives within us all.

In Uganda, I lead an NGO in collaboration with traditional midwives, enhancing community-based maternal and child care through respectful partnerships. We lift what is already beautiful and strong—while weaving in tools that nurture healthy, thriving futures.
